• $225 Nightly
• $1475 Weekly

Rental Policy:

• Check-in begins at 3:00PM Central Standard Time.
• Check-out time is 11:00AM Central Standard Time.
• No Pets Allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Two night minimum stay required.

Deposit Policy:

• A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required.
• This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation.
• The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.
• The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within seven (7) days of departure, provided the rental agreement provisions are met.

Refund Policy:

• A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation.
• Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will be given a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee.
